Job Title: Office Assistant

Position Summary:
The office assistant will play a key role in ensuring the office environment is efficient and well-organized. You’ll assist with a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to support our teams, while also contributing to a positive and productive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily office operations, including organizing and maintaining office supplies and inventory.

  • Assist with scheduling meetings, booking conference rooms, and coordinating calendars.

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring they’re directed to the appropriate team members.

  • Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and presentations as needed.

  • Support HR and management with onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records.

  • Help coordinate team events, training sessions, and office celebrations.

  • Maintain a clean, welcoming, and functional office environment (e.g., coordinating with vendors, managing mail, or addressing facility issues).

  • Provide administrative support for various departments as needed.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Positive, can-do attitude with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Comfortable working in a tech-driven, fast-paced environment.

  • Familiarity with office equipment (e.g., printers, copiers) and basic administrative procedures.

Preferred Qualifications (Not Required):

  • Previous experience in an office or administrative role.

  • Interest in technology or familiarity with software tools like Slack, Trello, or Asana.

  • Ability to adapt to and learn new systems quickly.
