Job Title: Call Service Representative – Tech Support

Position Summary:
As a Call Service Representitive, you will provide prompt and professional assistance to customers seeking tech support. You will troubleshoot issues, answer inquiries, and escalate complex problems to the appropriate teams when necessary. This role requires excellent communication skills, patience, and a passion for technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries regarding technical issues, products, or services.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical problems, following company-provided guidelines.

  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to higher-level tech support or specialized teams.

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.

  • Provide step-by-step guidance to customers in a clear and easy-to-understand manner.

  • Stay updated on company products, services, and common technical issues to provide accurate assistance.

  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (technical certifications or college education is a plus).

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.

  • Basic knowledge of computer systems, software, and troubleshooting techniques.

  • Customer-focused mindset with patience and empathy.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and call center tools is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications (Not Required):

  • Prior experience in a call center or tech support role.

  • Knowledge of operating systems, networking, and common software issues.

  • A passion for technology and a willingness to learn.
