Position Summary:
The Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining data in our systems. This role is ideal for someone with excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter, update, and verify data in the company’s database or systems.
Review and correct errors in data to maintain accuracy and consistency.
Organize and maintain digital and physical records, ensuring data is easily accessible.
Perform regular data quality checks and generate reports as needed.
Collaborate with team members to ensure data-related projects are completed on time.
Adhere to company data privacy and confidentiality policies.
Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent (additional education is a plus).
Proven experience in data entry, clerical, or administrative roles (internships count!).
Proficient typing skills with a high level of accuracy.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) or Google Workspace.
Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors quickly.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications (Not Required):
Experience working with database software or CRM tools.
Familiarity with data management best practices.
A proactive approach to identifying and resolving data discrepancies.
