Job Title: Product Specialist Supervisor

Position Summary:
The Product Specialist Supervisor will oversee and mentor a team of product specialists who assist customers with product knowledge, technical support, and sales. This role involves managing day-to-day operations, ensuring the team delivers exceptional service, and staying updated on the latest cell phone technologies and features.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and mentor a team of product specialists to deliver outstanding product knowledge and customer support.
Train team members on new product launches, features, and troubleshooting techniques.
Monitor and evaluate team performance against KPIs and provide regular feedback and coaching.
Serve as the point of escalation for complex customer inquiries and product-related issues.
Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure accurate product information and seamless customer experiences.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to guide the team effectively.
Develop and implement processes to improve product demonstrations, support, and overall team efficiency.
Create and deliver regular performance reports to management.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
Strong knowledge of mobile devices, cell phone technology, and related accessories.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle escalated customer concerns effectively.
Familiarity with CRM tools and inventory management systems.
Preferred Qualifications (Not Required):
Prior experience in the wireless or telecommunications industry.
Technical certification in mobile devices or related technologies.
Strong analytical skills with experience in tracking and improving team performance metrics.
